Homemade or bottled, do you have a favorite steak sauce? Do you like it on more than just steak?

I think prepared steak sauce is overpriced; So I like to make my own. Love it on burgers and pork chops, even potatoes; but I rarely eat steak sauce on steak!

Love, love A1 (the regular). It's a whole big love affair, lol. I love it with beef (any) and on mashed potatoes. ;)

I'm an A-1 gal and can tolerate Heinz 57. Right now DH is using the new thick worcestershire sauce.

I love bernaise, which I make when I have really GOOD steak. On fries and chicken, Heinz 57. On fish, roast beef, even burgers; A-1.

I was looking at steak sauce recipes a few days ago, and I need to post some. I read tons of recipes at work, but can't really get involved enough to post to the boards when I am there. By the time I get home, I can't remember where I was looking :-((
