About This Community
Attachment parenting (AP) is a philosophy attributed to pediatrician William Sears. The hallmarks of attachment parenting are the five B's - bonding, breastfeeding, babywearing, bedding with baby and being responsive to your baby's cry. Because AP is based on responsive parenting, topics such as crying it out or scheduled feeding are not appropriate topics to be discussed here. Learn more about this community.
