--Favorite Thanksgiving dish?  My sister's sweet potato casserole

--Least favorite Thanksgiving dish? My grandmother makes green bean casserole and I hate it.

--Do you have a 'signature' recipe that everyone loves? My stuffing!! Everyone LOVES it, and I get asked to make it when it isn't Thanksgiving.

--Will you watch the Macy's parade? Yep, always do in between cooking and getting stuff ready.

--How many plates of food will you really eat?  LOL! Well, we are suppose to go to three different places (both my grandmothers, and to the IL's) so I'm guessing WAY to many!!

--Least favorite Thanksgiving dish?   I used to hate stuffing/dressing, but have grown to like it.  Since I host, I only have things I like, so don't really have a least favorite.  I guess if pushed, I'd say the shrimp we usually have for an hors d'oevres.

--Do you have a 'signature' recipe that everyone loves?  My gravy.  Its so good, not a heavy gravy, but a very flavorful one that I use vermouth in.  mmmm.  very tasty. 

--Will you watch the Macy's parade?  Always!  And after its over, we listen to Alice's Restaurant (a tradition I picked up when I moved to boston. several stations used to play it at noon sharp.  now we own it, but still listen to it at noon).

--How many plates of food will you really eat?  LOL!   I'm funny, I can't eat a ton in  one sitting, so usually one plate.  However, depending on when dinner is, I'm more than happy to have a sandwich later.
