That's interesting. It's so sad that he can just get up there and spin things to sound like he is accomplishing so much. My thought when he laid out plan after plan of massive spending projects and then followed up with how he was going to cut the deficit was "HOW???" I just don't see how he can say he's going to spend all this money on top of the stimulus plan and still be able to cut the deficit. It just doesn't seem possible.
I also heard that the appropriations bill that is going to get voted on this week has 9,000 earmarks!! 9,000!!! And he knows that! And he was all proud of having no earmarks in the stimulus package. . . .sad.
