have you tried a neti pot? they look like little tea pots that you mix up a salt water solution and use it in your nose to clean out your sinuses. they sell them at walmart for not a whole lot of money. i have chronic sinusitis and my dr recommended that i try it, and it really works. i know it sounds gross, but anything is better than draining sinuses. i also use a warm rag on my face before i go to bed and vapo rub. hth.
I use this simply saline stuff to clean out my nose -- it's great for ICBS (thanks so much for naming my condition!) A warm rag on the face seems doable, too. I'll have to give that a try.
