I have absolutely no desire to bring politics to this venue and hope we can all avoid that, but this http://www.mcclatchydc.com/homepage/story/70632.html really spoke to me because what she's saying is such an expression of what we say and read here every day. I feel for the Sanford family and wish them the healing that we all deserve.

Sorry I did not view your suggested video however I have read about it online and am disgusted.   His wife threw him out of the house 2 weeks ago.  In the interim he has been seen snuggling, cuddling, drinking  and laughing with his mistress in public  in South America.  And he give a story, "I've been crying in Argentina."  What B.S. !  Boy, what a life huh?  Bow out of your job as governnor, just disappear,  to jet on down to South America and hoot it up with your mistress.   And have your office workers keep 'your little secret.'  Throw him to  the lions! (press)  Makes me sick.  Another  loser who will pay via alimony and lost job!

ALL true, all true. My link is to a news story about Mrs. Sanford's statement. It's refreshing that instead of keeping her mouth shut and reading some BS statement that was prepared by her husband's staff she's saying things that we've all felt. For once there's truth in the words of someone who's betrayal has been made public.

I'm glad she kicked him out 2 weeks ago.  It's good to see someone standing up for their beliefs, someone who is in the public eye and thinking of her children too.

He deserves whatever bad press that comes his way.

I haven't even read any of the coverage or that of Jon/Kate .... it sickens me.  It's such a painful, painful, PAINFUL time full of ten million emotions at once.  I can't imagine having to deal with it and the constant cameras in your face, life.
