I wasn't on a high dosage so he suggested trying it this way instead of going to a lower dose.   What dose were you at?

 How long do these side effects normally last?  Any suggestions to cope?  Depending on how long you were taking it and at was dose, it can last several weeks.

Were you nervous going back on effexor after being on it before knowing what the withdrawal symptoms were like?  Not really because I now know I will probably be on it for life.  I don't see myself going off it any time in the near future. It works so well for me that I had to take the chance.
