Babies can be a fun part of your fitness program. Now that the weather is turning nice, getting out with baby in either the stroller or Snugglie-Pak for a good walk is a lot of fun. And when he's older, "baby-presses" are fun. Mine could keep it up for hours (easy for HIM -- it wasn't his arms doing all the work!).
One caution: if you're nursing, talk to your doctor about how to eat to help you lose weight without jeopardizing your milk supply.
