I went in for my usual bi-yearly blood tests last Monday and found out the results yesterday. They were fantastic! My cholesterol is way down - well under 200, and my blood pressure is good, too. Triglycerides were also down AND..... I lost 13 pounds since I last saw her 6 months ago! The scale at the doctor's office said I weigh 248!!! And that was after a small breakfast and with shoes on, lol!
Results like that give me the incentive I needed to keep at this food plan! Now to get back into my walking and weights routine (my weights have dust on them, (blush) ).
