Has anyone tried Resveratrol?
My mom and her friends are all taking this organic resveratrol stuff and say they love it.
So of course Mom gives me a bottle saying sweet things like "Honey this is supposed to help with acne" and "Oh sweety, they also say it will give you the energy to work out, that way you can lose those few pounds you put on in college"
Thanks mom.
Has anyone my age (late 20's) actually tried this stuff and gotten results?
I apologize if you see this more than once, I'm shopping around for answers
