I can hardly believe that it's November already! And the holidays are getting closer. (Too close for comfort!) So, tell me... who are you and what are you doing here? :) :)

Still here. Doing better since the reation to statins. Do have some vertigo going on - maybe innerear from a cold. HOpe all are doing well. I'm trying to watch what I eat - cutting back on products that have sugar added.

I'm glad to read that you're doing well! Sometimes I wonder if I have some Vertigo going on, as well. Haven't been to the doctor, though. I'm a sugar and a salt freak. Two things I definitely don't need.

Gypsy here. Survivor of a triple bypass this past March. ;) My mainstay is Weight Watchers keeping me on track so I don't clog more vessels in my heart with poor eating habits. Plus my daily walks with my "exercise guru," my Mika dog. <:P I am here for support from others with heart disease issues, to offer support when I can, or info, plus learn something more. ;)

Gypsy, did you try eating right before your bypass? Or is the bypass something that gave you a wake-up call? Always a pleasure to have you here!
