Has your doctor ruled out any lung condition? Sometimes problems with them can cause pain in the back because its actually being felt through the ribcage.

Hi

Try the mckenzie technique buy a book called "Treat your own Back" by Robin McKenzie. They are simple but affective exercises.

Great book, this was recommended by a neuro surgeon as my b/friend had to herniated disc...and this has helped him alot.

Good luck
