your meds run our 2 weeks before you get paid? I am pretty much in a bad spot because I am off most of my meds. I get paid on Tuesday and will pick them up then, but what do you do when you run out. I called my pdoc and they had no samples, also they are 2+ hours away.

So any ideas? I need to plan better I get that and this isn't the first time it has happened to me but what do you do?

I would call the pharmaceutical company that distributes your meds and explain your situation. They have programs that will help out. I posted a list of pharmeceutical companies and their numbers in the folder below for those who cannot afford meds. Take advantage of the programs these companies have. They may even be able to help with just a couple weeks worth of meds if you are having trouble with paying for your meds. Let them know your situation. Sorry it took me awhile to respond. Oh dear, this has happened to me, too....the option of calling the drug manufacturers is a good one, but the problem is that it takes 2-3 weeks to get that ball rolling in most cases.

What my pdoc did was called the drug rep for the drug I needed (seroquel) and had them drop off samples to get me through.  If you can tell me what meds you are on, I may be able to offer more help....
