We all know that stress reduction is key to keeping down high blood pressure. What do you do to relieve stress? Meditation, yoga, walking, deep breathing, other relaxation techniques?? Share your best practices!

Running, cardio, boxing, and the sauna. I love the sauna. I wanted to add though that I ( as far as I know) I do not have high blood pressure. So, perhaps I should not have particpated on this thread. Umm, sorry. Anyway, I'm not sure if someone with high blood pressure can sit in a sauna. May want to check with your physician before using a sauna. Anyway, I go in the sauna to meditate.

Take care,

Thanks for your reply! I think a hot sauna would be relaxing, but I don't know about the bp implications either.

Take care!
