Having just had a monumental struggle with a bleach bottle at the soup kitchen yesterday I would rate them about an 8! Usually I do not have that much trouble with them, though -- maybe a 3 or 4.
As I grow older, I am definitely having more difficulty with them. For me, it often seems to be a grip thing. I would generally rate my struggle at 5 to 8, depending on the item.
