Children of Alcoholic Parents

This roll call is kinda old, but no one replyed to it so I will anyways.

I used to frequent this board quite a bit untill my mother(the alchoholic in the family) started comming home a lot and had acess to this board, and I started to see signs that she had been reading the board.

The name the ladies here gave me way back then was Angel, though I introduced myself as Daria. At the time I was the youngest on the board (and still may be)I'm now 14, I will be 15 on Christmas Day (December 25th). One of the ladies here decided to call me Angel because she used to call her daughter that, I thought it fit since it is in fact, my middle name.

I live in Michigan with my grandmother, my older brother (18), and my mother. I do have an older sister (23) but she has long since moved out.

As for my favorite holiday, I don't really have one. I suppose you could say Christmas since that is also my birthday, but it does not hold that great of a meaning with me. As far as this year goes, I'm encouraging my family to foget about gifts and save their money. I don't know what I want anyways.

ThanksGiving is nice because I get to see some of my family that I never do. (My aunt has been holding a huge family get togeter for as long as I can remeber.) Though, a lot of the family, I honestly don't know. . . and don't quite care to know.

You know. . . I guess the best holiday is not even a real holiday. August 15th. On August 15th 2004 is when me and my boyfriend officially started going out. (Ahhhh sappy teenage love!!!!!) Everyone is quick to say we can't last, and being that we're young it's bound to disaster, but I say, we've made it through a whole lot together and it is something to be celebrated greatly, despite others pessamistic views.
