I was looking on WebMD this morning and this was one of the headlines. I thought it was interesting. I guess all the CFBC couples are making an impact.
Interesting. I've kind of noticed that a lot of couples now are deciding to not have kids. I think it could be a number of things....people are concerned about the future of the planet and don't want to increase the overall population; people are realizing that life without kids is actually pretty great; and people are finding personal fulfillment in things other than their kids. I think a lot more people would have elected to not have kids at all after they had them...one of my aunts has one daughter and when you talk to her about being a mom, she'll tell you that although she loves my cousin, she was not "cut out" to be a mom. I tend to think that I'm probably not "cut out" to be a mom, either. So it's best that I not have any kids :)
Interesting. I'm sure the research on that could go on and on.
I wish there were a way to guarrantee that people who wanted and could take care of babies had them and people who didn't want them didn't. That'd be a perfect birth rate ...
