I know I don't get pms cramps anymore and my cycle last about 3 days the most, it helps my skin stay clearer, I'm never moody. The only thing is if you miss a pill, you can expect some cramping and light spotting. Don't be alarmed, this should be part of the side effect, and if you miss a pill you have to start all over if its alot of days. LOL then i've been back on it for a yr since having him. no side effects for me. na-da. good luck! I had no side effects. I'm on the patch right now and I'm experiencing so many bad side effects. I think I'm going to switch back to Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo soon.
