Summertime is made for fun in the sun, but harmful ultraviolet rays can quickly turn that joy to misery.
While the sun helps brighten and warm our days, it can also damage our health. In the short term, too much sun can cause painful sunburn. Prolonged, unprotected exposure to solar rays can lead to skin cancer, eye problems, skin spots and wrinkled, leathery skin.
