Mine used to be bread I am doing so much better now with that as long as I don't have Peanut butter and jelly both in my home at the same time. I still can't have yogurt in the house ...well I can't have more than what my daily limit is or I will eat it all.Am  I alone ..if you have trigger foods how do you handle them?

Mine is kaiser rolls or hard rolls.  I could eat 1/2 a dozen no problem.  Oh they are to die for.

So do you just not buy them or how do you handle them if they are in your home?

I can't have them in the house.  If I buy them in the store, they won't make it home without eating at least one of them.  If they do make it home, obviously someone is with me in the car (accountability is key).

They are not only a trigger food (bad type of carbs); but not good for me either.  It's like eating sugar out of the sugar bowl to my body. At least with a yogurt or two; your not hurting yourself.  :)

Sorry no cure here.
