I know there is a board for video reviews, but most of them are way beyond what a really out of shape or older person can do. If you're looking for an one to ease into, no matter what your size, I have a new one I really like. It's called "Fit at Any Age, for active older adults". It's broken into segments so I can do warmup followed by aerobics 1 day, then warmup followed by strength training the next, plus 8 minute segment of cool down. Only equipment needed is 3-5 lbs weights and a mat to lay on. I like that there isn't any fast switching from standing to floor routines, as that takes me forever.
