Ooooooo, poot!  I just typed up a big ol' good morning post, and iVillage ate it!  Rats!   Soooo, anyway ----

Good morning!!  Happy new week!  How was your weekend?  What are your plans for the day?  I feel so out of the loop!

The ghost walk went well.  We got rained on (think monsoon) on Saturday, but it was still fun.  I think I'm going to be sore and pooped for about a week, but I really had fun.  

I'm going to spend today prepping for my classes and grading midterms...many, many midterms....oy, the midterminess of it all.  Did I mention the midterms?  I'm going to take breaks to catch up on the board -- assuming it's working.  If it eats this message too, I may wait until tonight and try again.

Good to hear that the ghost walk turned out well.  Have fun grading all those midterms, I think you mentioned something about them.  lol

I had a busy weekend.  Saturday morning, the boys and I spent the morning walking around picking up food donations for the food pantry from local houses for Boy Scouts.  Then we had to go help sort all the food donations and box it up for the food pantry.  Even Justin, who is only 4, was a hard worker.   Sunday, the kids led one of the worship services, so we had to be there early and practice.  I missed most of the service as the preschool class only went upstairs to sing a song and then we went back to our classroom.   My mom said that Logan did a great job as he had to usher, read a small part and sang in the choir.  Then my mom took us out for lunch.  We came home to watch the Packers win, YEAH!!

This morning, I took an hour walk in the fog/slight drizzle.  Then I ran to the library, to K-Mart and then to the grocery store.  This afternoon, I think a nap is in order as I have felt tired all morning and a headache.

I've had a problem with ivillage this morning too, but luckily it didn't eat my message.

Howdy Karen! I hate when iVillage eats my posts. I'm pretty sure there's a random room somewhere with all the posts it ate just sitting there hanging out. Probably the same room with all the lost socks the dryers around the world have eaten over the years.

I'm doing alright this morning. The motivation for me is slow-coming. I want to lose weight but I also want to do whatever I want, which doesn't seem to be athletic stuff. Ugh. The weather is supposed to be beautiful this week, so I will make myself go on at least four walks/jogs in the evenings. I really ate too much this weekend too, so that has got to stop. I've basically done nothing yet so far today except finish a book that needs to get back to the library. But now I have to get to finishing the laundry, writing up some cover letters, and straightening up the house. Fun fun fun!
