I'm very lethargic today and I think it's my body reacting to the lack of sugar which usually fuels me.  No headaches, just feeling very sluggish.

This is my plan for today.

Weak tea until noon (necessary because I've had kidney stones)

Lunch: Tuna Sandwich (w/light Miracle Whip)
A few Potato Chips (1/2 calorie type)

Dinner: small portions with family

evening snack: - small bowl of oatmeal

I'm gonna try to keep my calories between 1000 & 1200 each day.

Better take a pass on the light Miracle Whip - it has corn syrup. Classic case of reduce the fat and substitute with syrup. Try the new mayo with olive oil for a healthier choice. If you must have the sweet/sour taste of MW, then add a little vinegar & Stevia or whatever sweetener you use. Even a small amount can trigger cravings.

Don't let those calories get to low or your poor body will go into starvation mode. A good way of estimating how much calories one needs is to multiply your ideal weight by 10.

Sugar withdrawal is the pits, but it sounds like you've got a plan.  That's so important.  I know when I'm trying to break away from the sugar, I'm really prone to bad decisions if I don't have everything figured out ahead of time.
