When you eat most of it in 2 days. Case in point - I found a loaf of whole wheat raisin bread on the clearance rack for $1.75. Chock full of fruit, no corn syrup, calorie count of 170 per big slice. So, I figured with some lite cream cheese on top, that's a healthful snack. It would be if I could have stopped eating the stuff. It was addictive! Of course, the 2 lbs lost from my tummy disturbance came right back. The remainder of the loaf is now in the garbage container. When will I ever learn? I'm already steeling myself for the buffet lunch today and hope the Amish buffet has more than traditional "comfort food".

(((Jacquie))) -

Your body was probably screaming for some food after what it had been through.  I think you were smart to get rid of the rest of the temptation though.  I know for me that once a food takes hold of me like that, the only thing that really works for me is to get it out of my world!

((((HUGS)))) - Karen
