Dieting Buddies

My internet just went away for a while, so I'm going to post this good morning while I can!  How are you today, Buddies? 

I'm sooooooooo glad this is Friday!  It's been a long week.  I just have one more class to teach, and then I'm free for the weekend!  Wooooooo hoooooooo!

Hello this Friday evening!  It was a beautiful day today....and we got out in the yard and put our gardens to bed for the winter and and raked, and took leaves to the yard recycle....Nice day!!  Drank water and watched what I ate!!!  Now the test is evening!!!

No plans for the weekend...hoping to go to the Park Reserve to walk tomorrow....Hugs, Ruth(determined to post daily!!!)
