In my experience you can never "reach" a crack addict. They are in their own world and nothing matters other than how/when they get their next hit. Same as meth and heroin. My best friend's brother is a disgusting mess. Has stolen from his family, burglarized homes, weighs 110 lbs and lives in his van. He manipulates everyone and is always asking for money. You are too young to be dealing with this, these are supposed to be the best times of your life for you to take care of, not to take care of someone else. You seem to be doing all the worrying but it isn't the same for him. You deserve better!
