Endometriosis

I am 27.... have been married for 5 years. We did not want a baby till the first 4 years. Last year I was detected with an endometriosis cyst in my left ovary. I was operated to remove the cyst. 5 months later the cyst was recurred. We wanted to plan for a baby that time. So with the advice of my Gyneac Dr, IUI was done. I got pregnant in the first cycle itself. But in June I miscarried at 8 weeks. It was a missed abortion. The fetal cardiac activity had just stopped. Dr could not really found the cause.

Can my endometriosis cyst be the cause of miscariage?

Now we are waiting to start TTC from Nov. I am really worried ... if the endometriosis was the cause, can it recur? Can I have healthy pregnancy in the future?

I would ask your Dr, they would have the best advice. However, since I have recurrent miscarriage, and now possible endo, I have been doing some research. From what I can find on the internet it sounds like overian endo does not affect the egg quality and shouldn't cause m/c. However, I think overall medicine knows about 20% of what happens with pregnancy and m/c so perhaps it is related.
