Daily exercise (Friday)

 Let's get in a good workout before the weekend! This is a repeat from last wee, but nobody checked in, so maybe we should try again. KIDS can do them, too!

Do at least TWO and check in when finished: AT least attempt the challenge--Okay?

Walk 2,000 steps (as in one foot in front of the other, not stairs). I know, it seems like a lot, but when you get done--you will have walked a mile! If you can't do 2,000 then do 1,000. If you can't do 1,000 then do 500! Come one get busy!

Dance to FIVE songs today. They don't have to be all together. Try to move it and shake it a little! LOL

Do 10 walking lunges across your living room or yard. Now do 10 more. Can you do a third set? I know, I am being tough today! We can do this.

Do ten pushups any way you can. If you can't get on the floor, then do them standing up against a counter. Face the counter. Put your arms on it and lower yourself towards the counter as far as you can comfortably go. Now push! There. You did it. Do 10 more after you rest. NOw do 10 more. You did great and your upper body will thank you!

Challenge:  Can you wall-sit for a minute? Stand against a sturdy wall. Now sit down like you are in a chair. Come on, a little bit lower. Feel the muscles working? That's good. Hold it for a minute if you can. Can you do one more
