We are going to do FRONT KICKS this month.

Okay, yesterday, we should have done one kick on EACH leg. Today we will do TWO on EACH leg.

If you need to hold onto a chair, then hold on. Kick as high as you comfortable can. Knee high is perfectly fine. Get your knee up, snap your kick, and bend it back then put it down. That is a front kick.

So, hold on a minute...

Okay, I just did three on each leg.

Your toes can be pointed, but the martial arts way is to have them bent back and your ankle straight like you are wearing a high heel shoe.

So what do you think?

sounds good to me.  Now just to remember & to actually do it ;)

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

Well, I forgot yesterday.  When I did remember, I was too busy, in pain & just not up to it.  I did exercise, though, so that's good.  i need to do 10 today to make up for all the misssed days.  Stay tuned...

I did my 10 on each leg so I'm all caught up for now.  I need to remember to do them every day.
