It doesn't take lots of money and a fancy gym membership to get fit. Here are some excellent tips on how to work out inexpensively.

Yep that is me. I started just by walking. I did add a few handweights and stretch bands and dvds, but that is all. Ok, I bought one book. No machines though...good reason for me ...not enough space.

That's how I started out, too. But I am an avid gym member these days. I love weight training at the gym.

I never went to a gym. Did and still do the work on upper and lower body, stretches, strengthening, etc.

If you can , the gym is good.

I lost my weight and I am still controlling by doing what I learned.

Actually as long as the person is doing something and being active and stay with it...it helps.

I always read so much about the benefits of jumping rope - I really should invest in one and JUST DO IT!!
