Can you do two today?:

Grab two light weights (like one pound or so). Do 25 jumping jacks while holding those weights. Now do 25 more. Not so easy is it?

Take two light weights and get into squat position. Now start punching. Punch 50 times to the middle. The weights make it harder don't they? Now do it again 50 times.

Get outside and start raking those leaves if you live in an area where they are falling.

Take a long hike through the park. Walk fast but take time to enjoy the fall scenery.

Hop up and down on both feet 20 times. Now do it again. Now do it again. Now do 20 arms circles. Now do 20 more. Now do 10 front kicks on each leg. You don't have to kick high. Just kick. Great job.
