We all know how hard it is to even get up some days...but staying fit is important for everyone...here are some fibro friendly moves from iVillage/health that may help you get started:

Why do they always put photos of elderly women in these things?  Even the comercials have older women, which is silly when you consider that most of us start having symptoms in our 20's and 30's, not 60's.  Maybe it's easier to think of an older peron being limited than someone young and in the middle of raising a family and working?  Just another random thought by Payton.....

I think you are right about people not wanting to admit that younger people have dibilitating conditions and wanting to believe the youner ones are physically fit...just like ads for gym equipment, they always show younger people with great figures...never anyone who is out of shape...or ads for clothes for larger women, a lot of the women they show don't look very large to me. Some things will never change...it is all about the $$$ and what will sell...either products or stories!
