Has anyone tried or heard of Cobraxin?  It is made of cobra venom.  Here's the web site:

http://www.cobroxin.com/index.php

I'm interested in hearing about any experiences any users have had with it.  It is supposed to treat moderate pain, like a 4 - 7 on the pain scale, without serious side effects, like constipation and dependence.  While it may sound nuts to some, it's no crazier than injecting botulism into your face or using gila monster spit to treat diabetes, so who knows???

I have never heard of it, but found it interesting to read about. Did you read the "Time" magazine article? It is not surprising that few of us have heard of it since it is a natural form of treatment...let's face it, the U.S. believes in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, drugs, etc., rather than natural cures!

I have only heard about it while browsing, I never read much in depth. I don't know anyone who has used it. Many current meds are plant and animal derived so I have no issue w/ that. Whatever works, right? I saw a show a long time ago about using bee stings to ease pain and I think help with MS (it might have been another disease). It really just involves having the "provider" use actual bees, they are clamped and the stingers are put on joints. It's a kind of "underground" thing I think. It seems like most of the stuff about things like this are just anecdotal, not many real studies.

BTW... I am one of the people who has botulism injected into my face nearly wrinkle-free face. ;)
