I looked around the site and I am thinking that they have redone it since Mary Frances put that link up. I did find this on exchanges and carb counting that might give you an idea what we are talking about and let you see if you think as we do that it would be better and easier for you. http://www.eatingwell.com/nutrition_health/diabetes/eating_to_manage_diabetes I like the one line, that you will work with a nutrionist to figure out which works for your schedule and needs. I think you will see the carb counting works for yours. Your nutrionist needs to listen to YOU. She is there to help you and make things 'easier'. Yours has not done that yet.
