Now that Halloween is come and gone, do you have any trick or treat candy left?  What are you doing to avoid it?  Did you buy any 'sugar free' treats just for you?

I have a ton of candy left. I am trying to bring it in to work for distibution :) part of the problem was that we were signed up to have a table distributing candy at our town Halloweekend festivel and one of my kids got sick instead :( since I wasn't able to distribute that 3000 kids worth of candy it sits in my living room... still in the bags though at least!

Oh, boy................  where did you get it?  Can you return it for a refund?  Donate to your local school?  Local children's hospitals?  That much candy would take forever to go through.

I didn't even buy any candy.  All of the children in our neighborhood are now grown with their own children.  We never had very many visitors in the last few years, because our house sits a good way from the road.  If we don't turn on our lights, no one will venture down our driveway.  I decided that I would use some loose change, if I got any young spooks.  I"m so glad I didn't buy any; otherwise, it would be sitting around calling my name.

Well, with dh retired and HERE....  he ate it all!!!  Dd was NOT happy when she went to get some I think it was yesterday.  She said she got 2 pieces.  lol  There was probably one big bag of Reese's cups a little bag of kit kat and a little bag or almond joy.  ALL gone.  Oh there are some milk duds.  But dd doesn't 'like' them.  It's ok.  She doesn't 'need' it either.  I had bought some sugar free for me.  But those bags barely have anything in them.  So, the 'real' candy was no temptation.
