Yes, marijuana does effect men's fertility - no question. We have a good friend who is a Pharmacology PhD. and he says there has been no link with marijuana and any affects on the fetus. There have been some limited studies, but the results were non-conclusive and the participants who had some correlation also had other health issues or complications not related to marijuana use, or the affects do not show up unless the studied agent (rats, etc.) was exposed to an amount of THC not really possible to reach with smoking. And apparently there has been a lot of research.
