What's Wrong with me and my hormones

I went to the doctor the other day, and I have always suspected I am infertile. I was on and off the pill for years, and then my acne cleared up and my weight stayed constant no matter what I ate. Now I'm 23, and starting to eat healthy, but still eat junk. I feel pains from my uterus and ovaries sometimes during the month, but always get my period in around 30 days. I get immense pain on the first day of my period. Sometimes I can think I am ovulating by the changing consistencies. I got my levels tested, and while my doctor is a nice guy, I don't think he knows a ton about hormones. My testosterone was 71, which is pretty high and explains the acne. (This was around the 10 day mark). My FSH was 6.1 and my LH was 22. Wouldn't that mean I was about to ovulate? But my doctor said my progesterone was 0.8 which is considered ovulation is not near, right? So wouldn't that just mean PCOS? I am thin. My doctor said that is not typical of PCOS. My mother had endometriosis, that might be why I am infertile. My DHEA was 338, and my estrogen was 390.
Anyone can help?

I am just popping in here, and I do not know much about infertility. Have you ever charted and taken your temps? That can be very accurate to finding out if and when you are ovulating.

I'm a PCOS patient, but I haven't checked my levels in a LONG time. It can take a LONG TIME to DX. Sounds like you only have maybe one or two symptoms though, so I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. Maybe get a 2nd opinion? The best PCOS docs are actually reproductive endocrinologists. Hang in there!
