I'm very sorry about your losses.  I myself have experienced miscarriage as well, I can very much empathize.

Have you checked in with your gynecologist? 
When did you begin to TTC again?
The spotting could be implantation spotting, though not many women experience that.  (I didn't with my pregnancies.)  Have you done an HPT?  (home pregnancy test?)

Please call your gyn, you should probably be evaluated.  It's best to speak to your doctor when having problems like this, we really can't say for sure what's happening.

When was your most recent miscarriage?  It can take a while for your period to "re-regulate" itself after a miscarriage, and the time can vary, of course, from person to person.  It could very well be that your body is still trying to recover... But that depends on when your loss occured.

my last miscarriage (through medical managment) was at 30 april so its now almost 6 to 7 months after that miscarriage i got normal periods all this disturbance occurs from last month . last month i got same 5 day spotting and then normal periodic flow but now its bit strange that almost 6 days i got spotting than everything is ok not spotting nor periods as my periods date was 2 nov so i m still waiting and also confused what was that spotting ? :( i m also thinking to wait 1 or 2 days more than consult to my doctor . dont know what is all this if i m pragnent than i m so much affraid of this spotting as you know i already had 2 miscarriages i cannt afford anymore .
