Hair Loss & Hair Transplants

Hello I got braids for the first time yesterday and my head is so sour and tight in some places more so in the front. I was wondreing if there was anyone here who has had or have braids can give me some advice on what I can do to soothe my sour head I don't have a headache but the sourness and tightness is no different. Any adivce would be much appreciated.

Not ever having worn my hair in braids since I was a little girl because constant traction can lead to hair loss,

the only thing that comes to mind if you are still having the problem is to have them redone or a different style.
