Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have an appointment with my Dr on Thursday to start looking into what is going on with my hair. I had not worried too much since I've always 'shed'. I noticed an increase the last few weeks and was told it was probably due to my diet, and resulting weight loss (I just lost 46lbs over about 8 months). The last few days I noticed a thin patch right up front and center and my bangs are looking really sorry. EAK! I was in tears until I found your post showing something that might help until we figure out if this is going to be something I can fix. Even then it will take quite a while for the hair to grow back so I was a mess. I know hair is a superficial type of thing to some- but it was really bothering me.

Society is geared so that hair is NOT a superficial thing.  Companies make billions selling this or that hair care product.

I am so glad something listed might help in-between. One has to beware of so many products that guarantee a positive change in your hair-what they guarantee, in my opinion, is a positively lighter pocketbook, so beware, be careful, and research before you buy.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
