Thyroid Conditions

Recently I went to the doc at first I thought I was reacting to Trazodone, a sleep aid because of the fast heartbeat I was having.  EKG was normal but I ended up going to the ER that day becuase I just lost it.

Well I got tested for blood, H1N1  cardiac test and a few other and they all came out good. Thyroid for some dumb reason takes 1 week!! So the doc gave me ZANAX to take the edge off my symptoms.

Since Jan I had hypothyroid and just now everything is weird. How can that happen? Mind you I'm not convinced 100%.

So I'm waiting till Wed.....

Welcome to our board.

I think your guess about reacting to the sleep aid was a good one even though I have no idea if that was the case.  It makes sense to check that out since it's something new.

If you've been okay on your thyroid meds so far, it does seem a little odd that this would happen that fast.  It's good they did the thyroid test so you'll know tomorrow.  Update us on the results when you find out.  Thanks.
