Sometimes pregnancy can trigger thyroid problems so that might be what has happened in your case. However, I can't say that for sure. When you go in for bloodwork, I would ask if they are going to do the T3 and T4 tests as well as the TSH. It would be good if they could do them all so you get the full picture. Since you're not having many symptoms, it's hard to say if this is related to the thyroid but it's a good place to start looking.
