Ways to get more steps in the day

1. Walk
2. park far away at the store
3. Park 3 min away from the post office and walk in. When you walk back that is 6 minutes total.
4. take the stairs instead of the elevator
5. I hulahoop and walk at the same time.
6. jog
7. pace back and forth while talking on the phone
8. Watering the garden and doing the walks
9. March in place while waiting for things to cook on the stove
10. Turn on the music & dance in your living room
11. Walk around the perimeter of your yard a couple of times a day.
12. walk the dog
13. Do housework during commercials

Someone else think of next topic please?

Over time small steps make a huge difference.
 
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
