I voted more than 8. The truth is, I dont know exactly how much anymore, but when I used to count/measure, I routinely drank at least 10 & often more. I'm always drinking, because my mouth gets too dry & I just have to. I have a glass of water on my night table when I go to bed, I drink last thing at night & first thing in the morning & all day long. So I know I get at least 64 oz & often much more than that.

Over time small steps make a huge difference.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

Went with other...

I don't drink that yucky stuff in 8oz glasses or any other measurement...
Tea in a 700ml mug & approx 5 mugs of tea in a day! No sugar & 2% milk & that's as healthy as I'm prepared to go!
Otherwise coffee in the same 700ml mug, but with 2 spoons of sugar, so a lot better than drinking diet pepsi or those flavoured waters or other alternatives...

Oh you do a great job with the water ludam,
I too keep water by my bed,
However I drink it all night long <g>
Do you ever sip any through out the night ?
Just wondering :)
