Was doing some bible study and I happened to click a link to boards/forums that they had.  Saw this game and thought I'd "borrow" *wink* it for here

Okay. You tell the person below you to do something, and they make an excuse or reason not to. example: Give me that pizza! Then the person below would say something like: But I ate it and then they would post something for the next person to do.

Over time small steps make a huge difference.

 

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

 

              

Second mini goal finally reached - another 5 lbs lost, for a total of 10. WooHoo! Next mini goal:

Eat your veggies

Don't want to cook them

Go for a walk

Its too cold.

Clean the windows.

I'm out of Windex.

Fold that load of clean laundry.
