If I find myself really hungry between meals or in the evening, I'll grab a small handful of nuts and that usually does the trick.
I also get a lot of fiber from tons of veggies and salads. I'm also a big oatmeal fan:) According to Aileens mileage conversion chart, I could probably add another two miles a day from the fruit and veggies and water. It seems weird adding miles for eating and water though.............
