1. Is it chilly where you are yet? Chilly, but not cold. We did have a short cold spell, but now we're back to open windows (halfway) during the day and closed at night. We're getting in the 60's during the day and 40's at night.
2. How do you exercise when it gets cold? The same. Inside and outside (dog walking)
3. Do your eating habits change in the winter? Absolutely. I find myself wanting hot food most of the time.
4. Do you often catch colds in the cold season? Before and after, but not during.
5. How do you stay warm? In layers. That way, I can shed or add depending on where I am. Something I learned when I went through menopause. It's so nice to get cold once in a while again ;o)
