I picked other which is no. If I needed to , then I would do it and try it out.

My neighbor who has back and spine problems is finally doing it. The classes are

1 hour and she is a beginner. She does it for 1 hour and finds out she over did it instead

of starting out slow and shorter and is in pain for the rest of the week. Then she skips one

week and starts over.

I've done it and it's okay.
I will attend classes sometimes as a cross training exercise.
I'm not fond of water, but the workout is very non-stressful on my knees.
I like the deep water class better - feels more like a real workout,
But they keep that pool very, very cool (for the lap swimmers)
So it's uncomfortable for me.

Tried it a few years ago and it was just OK.  Not sure if it was the instructor or just me but after a few sessions, I decided to switch to land aerobics and I loved it.  I loved the intensity of the floor aerobics and had a sense of accomplishment after I was done.

If you fell off the wagon, just simply jump back on and look forward to the next challenge.

I've never done it, but wanted to.  I think it might be better for my aching back.  On our last vacation, there were free exercise classes offered every day - one in the gym, one in the pool.  I wanted to try them out, but as luck would have it, my back was acting up something awful & had decided against it.  DD took one gym class & said that pool class had mostly old ladies. I had suspected as much, but that would have been ok for me.  Hopefully, less embarrassing, unless they would have done better than me ;)  lol  I was sorry I missed the opportunity to try a free class.

Over time small steps make a huge difference.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
