Hi Lisa,

I was just thinking of you and wondering how things went with your doctor.  Have you been able to make any headway into treating your OCD?

Hi :)

It's so nice of you to be thinking of me. Things have gotten a little better, but it's really hard. I started cbt and the therapist is amazingly nice. He's gotten me to start doing exposures and writing down how bad the spikes are. My medical doctor on the other hand has been horrible..I went there to renew my medication and she asked why I needed more. When I explained it to her, she said "well everyone has a little ocd..it's nothing to waste your money on." ARGGGGGGG!

So, yeah I'm feeling better..but some days are still pretty awful. I just hope eventually I can live my life and be happy.

thanks again for your support, I hope things are going well for you :)

-Lisa

Oh, that must've made you so mad to hear that!  While most people may have some form of OCD (however minor it might be) I do think that for some people it is much more debilitating than others.   Luckily, there is help to be found.

I'm glad to read that you're feeling better most days and hopefully the awful days will be fewer & fewer.  :)

Please be sure to stick around and keep us updated.
