Tools....hmmm..usually a PMS pill LOL (they are from Poland and they are a GODSEND, ask my husband LOL he is thankful for them !!
seriously, I usually clean that way Im doing something productive with my anger instead of eating or yelling, that way I can push the mop hard or slam the washer door and know that later, ive accomplished something and dont feel like a blob.
When I feel out of sorts, like I do right now, I lay back and close my eyes and sing to a cd. whether im in thec ar on my 15 minute break or whether im on my way home , I stop the car and cup myhands over my eyes and sing away. By the time I get home or get done, I feel better, my bad energy is liftedaway and im happy again.
I know you said tools but I guess that falls under that category somehow lol
